- Confirm scope and quote.
We discuss available wood, finish, design details, project pricing and an achievable schedule. Quantity pricing is considered for each request.
- Approve your actual wood.
See photos of the wood selected for your pieces before production. Natural variation is part of the design; matching pieces will not be identical.
- Review the finished pieces.
Finished-piece photos are sent for approval before shipment. US shipping is included in listed product pricing; project delivery arrangements are confirmed in your quote.

Can you quote for several pieces?
Yes. Send the product mix, quantities and delivery requirements. We review each brief individually; there is no fixed trade discount or guaranteed production capacity.
Can dimensions and finishes be customized?
Discuss your preferred dimensions, wood and finish. Feasibility depends on the available slabs and design. For tables, include overall height and base preferences. For lighting, include ceiling height and the desired drop.
What should we check for a US lighting project?
Tell us any project-specific electrical, certification or code requirements before ordering. Do not assume a listed design has UL or ETL certification. Suitability, components and installation requirements must be confirmed for your project with your licensed electrician.
How long will production and delivery take?
We confirm the schedule after reviewing the design, quantity and available materials. Share your required arrival date before committing; multi-piece projects need an individual timeline.
Does sending a brief place an order?
No. The form starts a conversation. Pricing, specifications, payment terms and delivery arrangements are agreed separately before production.
