Who handles your information

Typhoon Wood Design is operated by Typhoon Nest Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. This notice explains how we handle information when you browse this website or contact us about custom wood furniture and lighting. For privacy questions, contact tayfunaras@icloud.com or use our contact page.

Information we receive

Our inquiry forms collect your name, email address, phone number, US delivery ZIP code, product interests, dimensions, wood preferences and the details you choose to provide. Project inquiries may also include company, project type, quantities, budget and timing. If you send room photographs, drawings or messages by WhatsApp or email, we receive that information through the service you use.

Our hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP address, browser information and access logs. The inquiry system uses a daily IP-based hash to limit spam submissions. Please do not send card numbers, identification documents or other sensitive information through the inquiry form.

How we use information

We use your details to answer your inquiry, discuss specifications and pricing, prepare a custom proposal, maintain approval communications and protect the website from misuse. The form permission is for contact about your request; it does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not sell your inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising.

Inquiry records are stored in a private database accessible through the maker’s protected administration panel. Submitting a form does not place an order and does not take payment. Online checkout is currently unavailable, and this website does not currently collect payment-card details.

Services and external links

We use hosting, storage and security services provided through Sites and Cloudflare to operate this website. Service providers may process information needed to host, secure and maintain it. When you follow a WhatsApp, Google, Etsy or other external link, that service handles your visit under its own privacy policy. Clicking a WhatsApp link opens a prepared message; you choose whether to send it.

If an order is agreed separately, delivery providers may receive the contact and address information needed for shipment. Payment-provider information will be disclosed before any future website checkout is enabled.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies support security and administrator sign-in. Normal administrator sessions last 24 hours; choosing “Remember me” extends the session to 30 days. Our hosting or security providers may set their own essential cookies. Google Search Console verification is present, but it is not an advertising or visitor-tracking tag.

We have not configured Google Analytics or advertising tracking tags in the current website. Hosting services may collect operational usage and security information. If we introduce optional analytics, advertising or payment services, we will update this notice and provide any applicable controls before enabling them.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry and approval information for as long as needed to address your request, manage any agreed work and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you about an inquiry. We may need to verify your request and retain records where required for an ongoing order, security or legal obligations. Tell us the email address or inquiry reference associated with your request; do not send sensitive identity documents unless we explain why they are necessary.

Information may be processed in Türkiye and in countries where our hosting or communication providers operate. Available privacy rights and required safeguards depend on the applicable law. This website is intended for adults arranging home or project purchases; it is not directed at children.

Changes and contact

We will update this page when our services or information practices change. For a privacy request, contact tayfunaras@icloud.com or +905385986625.
