The table is supplied without the lamps, books, frames, mirrors or other decorative accessories shown in the photographs. Olive wood with individual character Olive wood brings flowing grain, knots and a warm natural palette to a room. Each slab has its own outline, openings and color variation, so the reference photographs illustrate a design rather than an identical piece supplied for every order. We send photographs and measurements of your actual wood for approval before production. The reference slab is approximately 2 inches (5 cm) thick; final thickness is confirmed for your selected piece. Plan your console table Select a tabletop size and an overall height from the listed combinations. The tabletop figures are nominal size options from the reference design. Because this slab is naturally shaped rather than circular, we confirm its finished length and depth with your wood-selection measurements before production. Overall height includes the wood slab. Height does not change the price within the same tabletop-size option. For a console table behind a couch, check the back of your sofa, the available floor space and the route people use through the room. When using this piece as an entryway table, allow comfortable clearance around the natural edge and any nearby door. Hairpin legs and assembly Black metal hairpin legs give the design an open, mid-century appearance. Assembly instructions, screws and a screwdriver are included. Attach the legs following the supplied instructions and use appropriate help when handling the slab. Base placement, finished weight and the fixing arrangement are confirmed for the chosen size and height. Finish and care Choose an oiled or varnished wood finish after discussing the look you want. We use Hemel or Rubio Monocoat wood oil finishes, with varnish available on request. The actual finish and its care instructions are confirmed before production. Oiled wood can generally be refreshed with a compatible maintenance coat approximately every 3–4 years, depending on use and wear. Varnished wood does not need routine re-oiling. Contact us before applying any maintenance product so we can confirm compatibility. Grain, outline and dimensions will vary with the actual wood selected for your order. Decorative items are not included.
